FAQ

What to know before your first conversation.

Questions before you start.

Jackly keeps the exchange simple: one person sends a paid conversation turn, and the other decides whether to reply personally. Here are the practical details.
01

What is Jackly?

Jackly is a private paid conversation service. A user sends one or more messages together with a credit offer, and the person receiving the request can choose to reply directly.

02

Do I need to be an approved celebrity or creator?

No. Every account can send and receive requests after completing a public profile. You can also pause incoming paid requests from your profile whenever you need to.

03

Who decides the price of a message?

The sender chooses how many credits to offer for that conversation turn. The recipient sees the request and its value, then decides whether it is a conversation they want to answer.

04

Is the reply generated by AI?

No. Jackly does not generate replies on someone else's behalf. The product is designed for the person receiving your request to write and send their own reply.

05

How long does someone have to reply?

A paid request remains open for 48 hours from the moment it is sent. The deadline does not change if the sender increases the offer.

06

What happens if there is no reply?

When a request is declined, cancelled or expires, its reserved credits return to the sender's available credit balance. This is a credit restoration, not an automatic refund to the original payment method.

07

How much does the person replying receive?

After a personal reply is completed, the recipient earns 80% of the request credits and Jackly receives 20%. A 100-credit request always earns the recipient 80 credits, worth KRW 8,000. Payment and store fees do not reduce this share.

08

Can I use earned credits to send messages?

No. Earned credits are for cash-out only, at KRW 100 per credit. They cannot be used for messages or converted into purchased credits. To send a paid request, buy credits separately. Payouts are not available in the service yet; requirements and schedules will be announced before they become available.

09

Can I cash out purchased credits?

No. Purchased credits can only be used for paid requests and offer increases. A cancellation, decline or expiry restores them to the purchased balance. Cash-out applies only to earned credits. A refund of an eligible purchase to its original payment method is a separate process, not cash-out.

10

Why are app credits priced differently?

Store fees are reflected in app top-up prices, which can differ from web prices. Check the final price before purchasing. The number of credits purchased and the fixed 80:20 reply split are unaffected by the payment channel.

11

Are conversations public?

They are private by default. After answering, the recipient can choose to publish that request and reply on their profile. Prices, payment details and the sender's identity are not included.
